i take commissions through google forms! fill out the corresponding form for your desired commission type, and you'll be considered!

if you have a specific scene in mind for your character, do not hesitate to describe it! feel free to give me anything you think is necessary. pose, expression, personality, etc. you can even feel free to give me a stick figure sketch, as long as it helps!

i'll respond to your request through the contact email you listed in the form within 1-2 days, so please be sure to keep an eye out!

this email will contain any questions, clarifications, discussion of extra fees (if applicable), and details about how i can slot you into my current queue / turnaround time.

After we're all cleared, I'll send you a paypal invoice for the agreed-upon price. Once it's paid, you'll be added to my queue!

you will be given full transparency about my queue, but as a baseline, i ask you to expect at least two weeks turnaround for any commission. longer for fullbodies or full scenes.

larger commissions come with 'approval sketches.' this is where i'll email you a rough sketch with rough colors before I start the finishing touches on your piece. please take your time in this phase!!! feel free to take a day or two to think about your response, if you'd like me to change / fix anything, etc. i won't continue until you reply, so there's no rush!

you must have a digital reference of your character for me to accept your commission.

having a non-shaded reference with a clear color palette is best practice, but not required.

YCH (your-character-here) commissions are limited-run commissions that usually have dedicated furaffinity posts/journals explaining their rules. whenever i have one open, i will link it here!

as a growing artist, there are a few different styles i've been experimenting with recently. i will honor requests asking for three different styles, priced according to their difficulty.

regular (linework) - My default style, the base commission prices listed.

lineless - clean, mock-vector style of work. can be requested either polygonal or rounded. +$15 either way

painted / rendered - rough, painterly appearance with harsh strokes. +$30

extra charges may apply to commissions based on detailed / intricate character designs.

these can include, but are not limited to: mechanical / robot characters, feathery winged characters, and characters with complex outfits / clothing.

Since the work required will change with each commission type / art style / character design, i will approach you over email if i think your request warrants discussing an extra fee. this will usually fall in a range of $10-$30, compensating an extra few hours of work.

I reserve the right to decline for any reason.

commissions are not strictly first come, first served. since i am still growing, however, i will most likely take anything that comes my way (provided it doesn't violate any terms.)

I am primarily a furry artist, but I will work with both humans and furries (anthro and feral!)

There is not much I won't work with. at the moment: no realistic gore, body horror, hate content, or fetish content. (light 'candy gore' and light injuries are permitted. feel free to send an inquiry if you aren't sure about your idea!)

nsfw comms will be offered in the near future.

you may not: upload wips i send you, remove my signature, or otherwise edit my work without my permission.

i will only make minor edits after the piece is completed. (missed markings, etc.) Please make all large edit requests in the early stages.

my commissioned artwork is for personal use only. i do not have a process in place to offer commercial licenses for my work at this time. you are, however, free to contact me if you would like to try and work something out.

I will never make NFTs. i will never support anyone who makes nfts.

by commissioning me, you agree to not use my work for nft / crypto / blockchain technology in any way, shape, or form.

you will be blocked on sight, and i will revoke your rights to any part of my work.

all design sales are final; you are free to resell if you'd like your money back. please make all claims and bids with this in mind.

You may edit the design, add art cost to the design's value, and trade/resell the design.

you are purchasing the design, not my artwork that comes with it. you may not remove my signature, alter the work, or use it commercially. changes are to be done to the design itself.

you may not 'breed,' make relatives of, or otherwise create duplicate versions of the design.

you must have a toyhouse to own one of my designs. this means you are not allowed to resell / trade / gift a design of mine to someone who does not have a toyhouse account.

do not delete a design of mine for any reason. if it's really no longer wanted, contact me and send it back in.

all design sales are conducted through paypal invoice.

As of this time, I automatically offer personal and commercial rights for my designs.

i plan to add a flat fee for commercial rights in the future, but all adopts sold before that implementation will automatically have commercial rights included.

if using a design commercially, i request to be visibly credited. [i.e., if selling pins of the character, i should be listed as their designer in a listing / product page / tweet / etc.]

i do not offer payment plans as i cannot take the risk. if you would like my work, please save and budget responsibly.

extra charges may apply to commissions based on selected style and intricate character designs. please review commission pricing for information.

Full refunds are only available if: I am at fault for being unable to produce your commission; I have not sent in your approval sketch; It has been less than 48 hours since you sent payment (for orders lacking an approval sketch.)

You will be offered 10%-50% of what you paid back anytime after you "okay" the sketch, or after the 48 hour mark. Think of this as a fee for holding a blank spot in my queue.

NO REFUNDS of any amount are offered: on designs, on commissions after the piece is completed, or on customs after the rough is sent in.

The artwork will be repurposed / scrapped. you will retain no rights to it.

In the event of a chargeback, I retain the right to revoke the offender's ownership of my work without compensation or notice to the individual. Further use of my design or work will result in DMCA's across all platforms.

Chargebacks on any good or service I provide will always result in a public callout, blacklisting, and claim dispute.
